The AUDIT test, or Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test, is the global standard test developed in conjunction with the World Health Organization (WHO) and is utilized by the medical community worldwide as an aid in determining if an individual has an alcohol consumption problem. This test is provided for you as a gauge of your current alcohol dependence level, and it can help you measure your progress throughout your Declinol program. A score of 8 or more is associated with harmful drinking, and a score of 13 or more for women/15 or more for men indicates alcohol dependence that is hazardous. In clinical studies using Declinol, average AUDIT scores were reduced from 16.1 (Hazardous drinking level) to 3.7 (Normal range). As with all tests and programs, results can vary and any decisions regarding your health should be discussed with your Practitioner prior to starting any program.
